Yes, ethnic Turks get 37% of Syria in this new Annan peace plan.

It will be called the Turkish Republic of Northern Syria.

Turks are also causing problems in Syria. Syria just give Annan a Banana and tell him to go back to his masters Bill Clinton and Tony Blair.
