What does 'Enosis' mean to you, today?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

There are some Cypriot "Greeks" on this forum that are attempting to redefine what Enosis means in the context of Cyprus, when it is in the Republic interests for them to just drop such notions.

There are also some Cypriot "Greeks" that want to deny that our colonial past had any influence on who we are today.

There are also some Cypriot "Greeks" that refuse to accept that the Church of Cyprus is completely separate from the Church of Greece, other than being in communion with each other through the wider Orthodox Catholic Church.

Me Ed these people have not chnaged one iota they were stupid then and are still stupid today, thank god we have the north and do not have to deal with such moronic Cyprus is Greek morons.

Stay in the UK, and you won't have any problems when we unite with our motherland.

Enosis with Greece is long date . Turkey will never allow it , except for the ROC element in the South. Surely , enosis between the North and South is the way forward.

We don't need enosis between the "North" and the "South" because these regions are already part of the RoC. They have NEVER been separated. The northern region is under illegal occupation. Turkey has no legal right to "allow" or "disallow" anything within the RoC-EU. Negotiations are about the withdrawal of Turkey from the WHOLE of the RoC. Through our present day enosis with Greece-EU this removal of Turkey will be achieved. Let's end it here with this fact!
