An information technology consulting companies in Ireland are looking for experienced
Software Developers and Java Engineers (JAVA/J2EE/dot NET)

Job description
- Design, implement and test new product features to the highest standards using agile methodologies.
- Understand the business drivers behind each new product feature.
- Ensure the highest levels of quality in development through test-driven development and continuous integration.
- Contribute and lead initiatives to improve the software development process.
- Understand the impact of performance, stability and availability for mission-critical systems.

Profile
Education required: BSc or MSc in IT/Computer science/Telecommunications
Experience required: At least 3 years relevant work experience

Competences required
- You are passionate about application design and development.
- You have experience with JAVA/orJ2EE or dot.NET environments
- Good knowledge in solutions Architecture
- Exposure to one or more of the following technologies Java, J2EE, SOA, JBoss, Tomcat, JDBC, SOAP, REST.
- Experience working with database systems Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB
- Proficiency in web technologies would be advantageous but not required HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery
- Experience with one or more of the following tools Eclipse, JIRA, Hudson, Fisheye, Confluence, Crucible.
- Knowledge of Linux operating system RedHat, CentOS
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team
- Result-Oriented
- Communication: Strong language skills in English
- Date of employment: ASAP
- Type of employment: Permanent/ or Contract
- Place of work: Republic of Ireland (EU)
- Salary range: from 40k EUR to 80k EUR per year
- International IT Certifications are big plus
