What is the "best" place to stay in Cyprus with a 4 month old baby for about 9 days in the first half of October? We are interested in some local cultural sighseeing, relaxing on the beach and "light" hiking (to the extent it is feasible with the baby). Should we rather go to the east or the west of the island?

we stayed in paphos in avanti village 2 weeks ago there are ramps for pushchairs and wheelchairs all around the complex. there is also s supermarket across the road which sells every size pampers! nt far frm the beach or the harbour. taxi drivers are very patient and friendly. they love children. paphos is a beautiful place and would recommend it to any1! tomb of the kings road is a great place to go at night. san marinos restaurant is brilliant. great food,friendly and very good with children. my baby sis fell asleep and they put her in a quiet area but where she was still in view. very safe. hope this helps you.
