the client is offering me 700 euros and most of all they are providing food and accommodation, is that enough to live in cyprus

If you get your food and accommodation then what else do you need? The only thing I can think of is transportation. I spend 700 euros on gas and diesel per month! My last electric bill was 780 Euro, good compared to the previous one of 1280 Euro. With three kids in my house I need 4000 euros plus per month. That's not including housing since I own my house, but it does include property tax, rubbish collection, SALA fees, electric, water, food, private lessons for the kids(1000 euros per month),car insurance, road tax, MOT, etc., etc., etc......You could survive on 700 per month, but what sort of life do you want to lead? Cyprus is a very expensive place to live!

What language/curriculum do you want those two 12yr olds educated in?

If English then that salary will just about cover their fees.

If Greek then are they already fluent? If not then you are chucking away a crucial year of their education as they struggle to understand their lessons before they know the language. That probably doesn't do much harm to younger kids but for 11yrs+ you are putting their high school final exam performance at serious risk
