Hi,

I have done a tattoo two months ago. I have done it at the tattooist of my village....

I cared the tattoo as the tattooist instructed me but the tattoo turned up faded. It is a tribal tattoo which should be dark black in color. But there were "patches" of skin with white color.

I asked him to re-tattoo the area (one month after the first tattoo) but now one month passed since the second time he tattooed me.

But the tattoo turned out bad again.

Also, he made the outline himself and then he told to his son to shade it (his son is 17). He neither ask me (16 y.o) or my parents to sign anything nor gave me a receipt after i paid.

I paid 80 euros.

I and my parents want to sue him because i have a permanent mark of his bad work and also the tattoo partially scarred. At some parts, the skin is "deeper" than the rest.

I want to sue him for bad tattoo-permanent mark, scarring and the psychological devastation.

How can i sue someone (we can;t pay lawyers for that, no such money)? Where do i file the suit? Where do i get the necessary papers?

Also, how much is the maximum compensation i can ask from him? Will we need to go to the court?

If you are not going to answer my questions (either all or some of them), please don't bother to answer. Give a thorough explanation of the process.

I don't want to re-tattoo it at his studio for the third time and i talked to him and he is unwilling to even pay me the original amount of the tattoo.

I think you should sue yourself. :)

- It will be faster than filing individual lawsuits against teachers, internet sellers and all those others you've wanted to sue before. :D

I think Sue is definitely to blame for all this so just bang the living daylights out of her!

Are you a wind-up merchant, or what? This is the third post where you want to sue someone, and come here for begging advice. Have you learnt nothing from your previous efforts? I suggest that rather than become a genetic engineer you become a lawyer instead.
