A friend of mine received a "notice of arrival of a registered or an insured item". Since he is working from 6:30 until afternoon it is unlikely that he will be able to collect it from the post office nearest days. That notice says that the origin is BO4. Does anybody know what does it mean? He did not order anything recently and has no idea where does it came from.

You can still call the post office you know. They might be a government institustion but they are not totally useless.
