Hi there, we are looking for an experienced full time Oyster Shucker from March to September? Anyone?

An Oyster Shucker is someone who opens oysters.

Usually use a flat-bladed screwdriver to tackle the hinge.

In the past, by the way, oysters were looked down on as a cheap food for the Common People. Don't know what happened to turn them into the desirable and pretty pricey things they are today.

Thanks so much, yes I know what an Oyster Shucker is and we are looking for a professional one to work in an Oyster Bar over the Summer. Thankfully ours wont be pricey LOL.

No a professional but someone that is able to open oysters at a rapid constant rate for 4 hours straight 6 days a week.
