Cancelling them would mean you would have to explain to the International community how exactly it is that you can represent all Cypriots when you do not provide anything for the TCs?

Simple! There are 40,000 Turkish troops stopping the RoC exercising its authority. That is reason enough to satisfy anyone. There are NO benefits which cannot be stopped, lawfully, by the RoC if it wished. Once again, it is because the RoC chooses to do these things. The RoC contributes to many humanitarian issues without making any demands.

As for the GC demands that you would mean our capitulation would be to accepting minority rights in a GC state.

Rubbish. The RoC is not demanding to turn into a "GC state". On the contrary, it is you who insist on being a minority community. The alternative and acceptable solution is for TCs to integrate and become part of the democratic whole.

The Greeks are in the majority, always have been and always will be. It's a Greek island. The majority of the island is privately owned by Greeks. It's not up to you to forcefully change the demographics. But, as to who will be "in charge" - that is down to the electorate which can comprise anyone, e.g. from the EU, who is residing here.
