75 Planes With 3,000 Tons Of Weapons Left Croatia For Syria

More details have been revealed in the Croatian arms to Syria scandal after the world media reported that Saudi Arabia had financed a large purchase of infantry weapons from Croatia and secretly transported then to antigovernment fighters in Syria.

Croatian daily newspaper Jutarnji list reported last night that from the start of November last year, till February this year, 75 planes flew out from Zagreb Airport with over 3,000 tons of weapons and ammunition bound for Syrian rebels,

The newspaper, quoting diplomatic sources, says that besides Croatian weapons the planes were full with weapons from other European countries including the UK. The weapons were organised by the United States of America.

Sources say that the first few flights to leave Croatia bound for Syria with weapons were operated by Turkish Cargo, which is owned by Turkish Airlines. After those flights, Jordanian International Air Cargo took over the flights. The deal to provide arms to the rebels was made between American officials and the Croatian Ambassador to the US.

Croatia recently withdraw its troops from the UN observer mission in Golan Heights, an area between Israel and Syria after the New York Times reported the story

UK’S £20M WEAPONS GIFT TO SYRIA REBELS

10th March 2013
By Deborah Sherwood

Britain has sent a secret £20million arsenal of weapons to Syrian rebels, including rifles, machine guns and missiles.

The cache – enough to arm 1,000 fighters – is stashed in neighbouring countries and could be in rebels’ hands “within hours”.

It includes assault rifles, light machine guns, grenades, anti-tank missiles, rocket-propelled grenade launchers and ammunition.

The information, from a well-placed Whitehall source, came as Foreign Secretary William Hague said: “We should not rule out any option for saving lives.”

Last week he announced Britain will supply armoured vehicles and body armour to Syrian opposition forces.

But the insider said weapons were sent out nearly seven weeks ago as part of a £1million-a-day transport schedule drawn up by Ministry of Defence top brass.

A decision on handing over the arms is expected to be made in the next six weeks.

“A secret arsenal has been set up,” said the source. “If the European Union arms embargo is lifted, the cache will be opened and the weapons shipped out.”

The insider said some British weapons are already with Syrian rebels after going in via Saudi Arabia and Qatar, both of which have made “big” purchases.

More than 70,000 people have died in Syria since the conflict began two years ago.

A million refugees have also fled the violence and numbers are rising daily.

Moscow Slams UN ‘Maneuvering’ on Syria Chemical Attack Probe

MOSCOW, April 6 (RIA Novosti) – Moscow believes the United Nations is disrupting an investigation into the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria under pressure of “certain states,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

“We cannot but make a conclusion that under the pressure of certain states the UN Secretariat has adopted an unconstructive and inconsistent stance and is basically disrupting the investigation into particular reports of the possible use of chemical weapons in Syria on March 19, which could be verified at this stage,” the statement said.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has criticized the UN move as “unacceptable and intolerable” and called on the organization to act on the principles of “impartiality.”

Syria’s authorities accused opposition militants of deploying chemical weapons in an attack near the northern city of Aleppo on March 19 that state media reports claimed at least 25 lives and seriously injured more than 100.

The rebels have denied the allegation and instead accused the Syrian military of launching a Scud missile with a chemical warhead.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said on March 21 that the United Nations will open an independent investigation into the alleged chemical weapons attack in Syria as soon as possible.

However, later Ban Ki-moon, “under pressure from Western members of the Council,” took an “unjustified step” of broadening the mandate of the mission in an effort to set as its task the investigation of all other alleged cases of chemical weapons use in Syria, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said in a statement last week.

Lukashevich described Ban’s approach to the issue as “counterproductive,” saying there is no information regarding any other incidents of the use of chemical weapons in Syria.

Graphic: Syrian Rebel Practices Cannibalism, He Eats his Victim’s Heart on Video

A Syrian rebel opens the chest of his victim, takes out the heart and the liver and eats from them while threatening to do the same to all Bashar’s men. His men and fellow terrorists chant “Allah Akbar”.

The cannibal was identified by some activists as Khaled AlHamad one of AlFarouq Battalion leaders, known as “Abu Saqqar”. He is mainly active in Homs, famous for kidnapping bus passengers, releasing some of them later for hefty sums.

Watch and learn what the world leaders are calling a revolution, and who the media is glorifying under the name of rebels.

This was not the first incident of cannibalism by the glorified Syrian rebels, won’t be the last (FSA Decapitate then Grill Their Victims). FSA are proud over those achievement, they’re widely publicized over their websites, FB pages and on their youtube channels, the Arabic ones that is. Meanwhile most of the foreign correspondents and MSM try to ignore these atrocities, classify it as individual events.

They try to tell us, that some, not all “rebel” groups are Islamists, like AlFarouq Battalion or AlNusra Front, both famous for inhumane atrocities. Even though all the “freed lands” are turned into Islamic Emirates and placed under a Caliphate reign.

This table is of Raqqa’s new government, and right on top we have a Caliphate and Qaeda’s flags, lucky us.

Even with Libya’s downright fall as a land of the free, still the western powers are more inclined to turn Syria into a Qaeda land, endangering world peace and their own people in the process, than declare defeat and let us Syrians be.

Syrian army destroys Israeli military vehicle in Golan Heights

Image
File photo shows the line that separates Syria from the Israeli-occupied lands on the Golan Heights.

Syria says its army has destroyed an Israeli military vehicle that had crossed the ceasefire line in the occupied Golan Heights.

The Syrian army said in a statement issued on Tuesday that the vehicle drove toward the village of Bir Ajam, located in the “liberated area of Syrian territories where there are armed terrorist groups.”

“Following that, the Israeli enemy fired two rockets from the occupied site of Tal al-Faras toward one of our sites in al-Zubaydiah site; no casualties reported,” the statement added.

Also on Tuesday, the Israeli military said its troops had shot at a target inside Syria, following an incident where gunfire from Syria hit the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

The Israeli regime has recently boosted its military activities in the Golan Heights, where clashes between the Syrian army and the militant groups continue.

Syria has been gripped by unrest for over two years, and many people, including large numbers of Syrian soldiers and security personnel, have been killed in the foreign-sponsored militancy.

Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad said on May 18 that militants from 29 different countries were fighting against the government in different parts of the country.
