Doesn’t the casting of an invalid ballot signal a disgruntlement with available candidates? I’m not sure how each country interprets invalid ballots but surely if there is a vast number of them they should be taken into consideration… :?

But a "NOT" vote is a totally different thing...!! It is a valid vote!
And it subtracts yes votes from someone. The end result could even be -xx% for someone. Just imagine that happening :lol: :wink:
