Hi guys, i am thinking about moving to Cyprus.
where can i ask some things about the cost of life, apartment, electricity-water-internet bills, etc.
Also, am i free to use Greek language?

Είμουνα στην κύπρο φαντάρος 6 μήνες, πριν 2 χρόνια και τώρα σκεφτομαι να μετακομίσω λόγω εργασίας, ομως δεν έχω ιδέα από το κόστος ζωής και θα ήθελα μερικές πληροφορίες.
Δίστασα να γράψω ελληνικά, γιατί δεν μπόρεσα να βρώ κάποιο post με ελληνική γλώσσα και νόμιζα δεν θα έπαιρνα απάντηση.

WE are moving to Cyprus mid-April 2013 and considering importing our used car. There does not appear to be any import duty or VAT payable due because it is between EU countries, but is there anything like Excise Duty to pay? Shipping is about £1100 all-in (handling, shipping and VAT) so I need to see if we would be better off selling here in the UK and buying something used mid-range when we arrive.
