Hey all!!!!
I found a gym yay!!!! It is old and dirty and dusty and it is just the way a gym should be!
Anyways today while I got my freak on in the weights room I noticed I was the only girl in there..........and the guys I was surrounded by.....well they had no clue what they were doing but boy did they do a good job of looking all manly and macho lol I digress.....so......now I want to know how do you guys/gals keep fit? what are your exercises, routines, weights sets/reps, cardio killers etc etc etc
would be interested to know
