Thank you voice of Imperialist, divide and rule Britannia!

Cyprus is, and was, a part of Greece!

Divide us no more!

Enosis through the EU. :D

Oh dear... someone's been on the Red Bull.

Do you actually believe that or comforting music to your ears? :?

Proof that GCs have not changed and why there will never be unification.

Personally I believe in the rule of the whole of Cyprus (including the areas currently forming the SBA's) solely and exclusively from Nicosia by a single government elected by the voters of Cyprus.

What is imperialist about that?

Not whilst Britain is out of the eurozone. Otherwise, we are just one big happy (if somewhat dysfunctional) family. :D

Britain made a good decision in staying out of the Eurozone and this has been verified today with all the problems that plague it.

Their currency is viewed as a vital element of their sovereignty and the Stirling is traditionally a stronger currency anyway which suits their economy.

Cyprus should have done the same thing. In fact when I was there, most people seem to lament the introduction of the Euro. The RoC should have kept the CY Pound/Lira. It was part of our National Identity and it benefits our net import driven economy.

So I take my hat off to Britain for doing what is right for Britain. And that does not make it any less of an EU member than anyone else!
