Can we look forward to their reciprocation when we need it? Doubt it!
Greeks were there for us Greek cyps when we became refugees in 74, blankets water and other things came from Greece, when there was no airport ships left from limassol with Greek cyps looking for work or an airport to use to go to the usa, uk or australia, Greece accomodated. When there were no books for all us Greek cyp students, Books flooded in from Greece. All Greek cyp students studying in Greece never had to pay bus fare and tuition was minimal. All the political support at the UN and the European Common Market and then the European Union, have been priceless for Cyprus.
