Striking Back - at the Empire

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I find that trying to ignore people seems to make them invent more and more attention-seeking strategies!

Anyway, let's try and get this thread back on topic.

Ignoring is for the weak, who don't have the guts to confront me.

That only makes you look silly because it gives me free reign. You can ignore me but others do not.

Frankly couldn't think of anything worse than gaining your attention because I know the kind of person you really are, so you can't hide from me.

Will do exactly that. Can you?

You can do better than that Kimon.

Posting rubbish from the Defence Greece blog stating that Cyprus will be Europe's main Gas supplier doesn't make it so in the real world!

Nor does it increase Cyprus' strategic importance when the main event is in the Gulf!

A triangular bond is formed by Israel, Nicosia and Athens for joint gas field exploration and production secured by the shared umbrella of the Israeli Navy. On January 9, Cyprus Defense Minister Demetris Eliades arrived in Tel Aviv for the signing of two defense pacts with Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak.
Moscow and Rome are angling for contracts to build and operate the future pipeline to Europe.
The Unites States holds the edge in the bidding.

And what does this have to do with the Island's strategic importance.

Everyone is just lining up to make as much money as they possibly can.

I’ve been serving this forum with credible evidence from credible sources (where necessary) for over 5 years now!

Whereas all you’ve ever managed in your little time here is the “Greek defense” blog and some online frappe coffee shop run by Greeks! :) ......fools like you make me look good even though I do nothing that any other normal person cannot. It’s called research and you should try it sometimes…

Thank you for the advise. Now, try to follow it yourself.

You mean the pipeline that just goes through Greece to pipe Israel and Cypriot gas of which Greece has no financial interest!

"Paphetic". As expected.

Trying to escape the issue as usual are we? The point was whether a pipe line connecting Israel and CY with the EU through Greece would be or not of very high European and international importance.

Read again your ironical comments on the articles I posted initially on the idea of the pipe line (written by Greek Analysts) and then take a good look at the articles contained in the foreign sites I posted. Especially the Israeli ones. Then MAYBE you will understand a few things about the international and especially the European importance of such a project. And that the articles included in the greek sites were nothing but either the reproduction of articles of foreign sites and opinions fully agreeing with those of foreign analysts. And maybe you will also understand how shallow and unsubstantiated your own "analysis" ( ) on the issue is.

I understand, of course, that you and Christofias would rather take the CY gas to Turkey than transfer it through Greece but that is of no significance since I don't think Israel would oblige you on this. It is also another proof of how shallow your thinking is.

PS. Is your obsession against Greece and anything greek just racism or is there something more to it?
