does anyone know which place is better to go in january, paphos or aya napa? :D

Paphos would be a better option for you imho. Ayia Napa is dead at that time of year, so dead that most places are closed for the winter.

LOOK, PAFOS IS TOURIM AREA AND IS ALSO A SMALL NICE TOWN.EVERY HTINK IS STILL OPEN , IS NOT LIKE AGIA NAPA, THAT IN THIS SEASONM EVERYTHINK IS CLOSE. AGIA NAPA IS SMALL VILLAGE AND THE PEOPLE THERE WORKING ONLY IN SUMMER AFTER SUMMER THEY GO BACK TO THERE FARM TO WORK AGAIN.

PAFOS IS A SMALL CITY THAT EVERYTHINK IS AROUND TOURIM, IS NOT VERY BUSY IN JANUARY BUT IS STILL A LOT OF PLACE TO BE SEE.ALL HOTELS ARE OPEN AND CLUBS, RESTAURAND EVERYTHINK.THE MOST INPORTAL THINK IS THAT IS MORE CHEAP AND MORE NICE THIS SEASON BECAUSE IS NOT FULL LIKE SUMMER.

ALSO ABOUT LIMASOL IS NOT TOURISM AERA, IS ONLY LOCAL PEOPLE NOT TOURISM AND IS NOT OLD LIKE PAPHOS THAT YOU CAN SEE MUSIUM, THE CASTEL AND THE NICE SMALL VILLAE AROUND PAFOS.YOU WILL LOVE PAFOS.

Megalion, sorry, but you don't know what you are talking about. :P Paphos has more tourism and the tourists are more concentrated there. But Limassol has a castle also. This castle is a museum inside. There are the Curium and Amathous ancient kingdoms. Paphos is a village compared to Limassol :wink:
