We now know that the "surgeon" is you who cannot be trusted to do the right thing, and going back to something similar to the 1959 Zurich agreements will only lead to the same thing, you becoming a "kidnapper". The only thing that will prevent you from becoming a "kidnapper" will be the EU Principles. Makes sense why you and Turkey does not want EU Principles for Cyprus, since you are both intend on being "kidnappers", now and in the future!

Look you keep going around in circles chasing your own tail, the surgeon was the GCs from the outset you cannot just change things around to suit your own biased aims, the knife is EU Principles and the minority would be the patient whom you farce into the operating exposed to the GCs surgeon and his past record of dealing with TCs....not a very welcoming scenario for the TCs dont you think?
