He is a dead Archbishop, Bananiot, whom historians and writers will judge. For good or bad. With all the evidence of history and our tragic situation to hand. It ill becomes you to make such pronouncements. They merely sound vindictive and bitterly personal. I have read many unbiased historical accounts of the events leading up to the invasion and they do not lay the blame at one man's door. That would be a foolish and unhistorical judgement. There were forces at work in Cyprus that Makarios fell victim to no doubt. He also made errors no doubt. But we cannot allow the Turks to escape responsibility for their role in the island's current division. It is Turkey which occupies Cyprus against international law. Makarios and the people of Cyprus were as much victims as they were protagonists. I am staggered you seem to believe otherwise.

Answer one question so that we can determine your credibility, was the pervert makarios a supporter of enosis from day 1?

I'm curious. Do you think any government ministers or senior politicians will be attending? Any officials from Greece? Sounds unlikely. Grivas is a very controversial and divisive figure...

Did you read the reports on Denktash's funeral by any chance? All partitionists, settlers, Turkish army officials and ministers I gather. Is it true that the majority of ordinary TCs stayed away? What do any of your friends say?

I was there and saw plenty of new and old generation TCs.

Zan,

It's actually more perverse than you think.

There are NO Greeks in the Cypriot Government only Cypriots

If there are Greeks, then they are Cypriots that have bought into the myth that they a Greek and the reality is that the current Government of Cyprus has disowned Greece and any concept of enosis.

Now the real question is, who actually runs the "trnc", but I think both you and I know what that the answer to that is.

The FM I saw at the houses of parliament was Greek. Trained and brain washed in Hellenic institutions. She walks the streets of the South with Greek flags flapping all around her and revels in it. I have no doubt that 99% of them are of the same ilk. If it walks like a greek and squawks like a greek then..................

Who runs the TRNC is none of your business. We have put two flags that are bright enough for you to see if you are interested. If your greeks had not insisted on taking what is rightfully mine then one of those flags might no be there.

Zan,

The DNA proves that you are no more Turkish than I am and I am no more Greek than you are.

As a Cypriot, who runs the trnc is very much my business.
