Now trouble-makers might suggest ditching the greek alphabet and using what believe is called the Latin one.

26 is better than 24... isn't it???

Many people use the Latin alphabet to write Cypriot, look at text messages and comments all over the place, like here!

Quick lets all adopt the Latin alphabet because if we don't - how can there be peace? You foreigners crack me up. What ever next - I can not wait.

Keep the laughs coming lads. Cheers.

Quick, before GR points out there already is a written Cypriot sylabic script which is possibly older than the Greek alphabet.

What is it with all these historical revisionists and their educational shortcomings? It's like BB in "Nineteen Eighty Four" with a Ministry for rewriting the past to suit their political aspirations. Now inventing "newspeak" to prevent thoughts in certain directions.

Shameful behaviour, but Orwell couldn't have been more precise if he had actually met these Aussie, zivania-soaked sheep roaming the forum.
