Hi

We have 2 partially completed off-plan properties in Cyprus (1 near Paphos, 1 near Protaras) to sell.

Can anyone suggest an estate agent in Cyprus or in the UK who can sell these for us. Both properties are due for completion next year (May and September) but we need to sell at least 1 of them now.

Hi debbied

The bad news is that Estate Agents do not particualrly want to take part- finished properties on to their books. Most buyers either want a resale or to buy off plan directly from the builder - avoiding any mark up by the original buyer.

My suggestion you go back to the Estate Agent through whom you bought them - assuming you used an Estate Agent.
