Does anyone know where Mario and Mandy that owned Blitz Bar in Limassol in the 90's are? I would like to catch up with them on my next trip to Cyprus if they are still around.

I used to go into the Blitz pretty much every day for from Summer 1992 to when I left Cyprus in late 1995 - maybe we met?
I loved it there, what a great bar, good food people staff & some of the greatest days & nights of my life!!
Anyway Maz & Mandy are currently living in Gibraltar as Mario works for BFBS. We still stay in touch & he told me last time I spoke to him that they hope to move back to Cyprus or to England next.

Blitz was a great bar, there was a great Gooner by the name of Stavros who introduced me to it. I'm hoping it's you as would love to get back in touch. I vaguely remember you introducing me to a strange Dutch lady when England beat San Marino 7 1 there.

I get paid for lyric writing these days but haven't used the Jackie Cried Michelle thumped me line yet. Royalty cheque on it's way when I do.
