I suggest in the future you always check the stores policy regarding returns before you buy. For the most part electronic components including computer parts are normally not returnable. Suppose you installed the card wrong and burned it???? Personally I never return things and I tend to agree with GR........believe it or not!

Basially you have to show the goods themselves are somehow defective - that you have decided they are not what you want is not good enough.
