I am renting rooms (up 4 total) in a residential house on Griva Digeni, Limassol 3722 (Right across Agios Nicholaos Church).
300 Euro each.
Situated within 10 minutes walk to the beach and it is close to all needed amenities (shops, banks, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, etc)
Rooms will be available February 1, 2012.
Rooms are all about the same size and are relatively spacious (two of the rooms have build-in closets).
All rooms are furnished (bed, dresser, desk and a chair).
Every two rooms share one bathroom (only same sex or couple).
Common areas: Large kitchen with dining area, entrance hall, big driveway, backyard.
Common expenses shared equally (electric, water).
Newly fixed and painted.
Ideal for students or full-time workers. Serious inquiries only.
One month security deposit required upon agreement and 1st month's rent required on move-in day. Rent is due the first of the month.
