It reminds me of the law of contract and implied terms. When no express provision is made then terms are implied by reference to the purpose, which leads me to ask:

will Turkey then recognise the north as independent and treat is as a free state? Which means withdrawing of troops, ceasing its daily interference and so on. Like someone asked above, whose bitch will the north become?

Will Turkey then recognise the RoC, albeit hacked up, something is refuses to do now?

Will the recognition extend to the peripheral rights of state for both states? Will it include recognition of their EEZ, continental shelf, sea and air rescue areas and so on?
