VP's Turkish strategem: none of his opponent's pieces are allowed into his third of the board for fear of inter-mingling leading to conflict. All pieces are to be kept in their own zones. No piece is allowed beyond a central "buffer zone". And the Turkish strategem is to become EU Primary law and will replace the international rules of chess.
