This will most definitely please the countries who do not want Turkey anywhere near the EU, let alone in it. They may even let Cyprus take over their turn as the President of the EU, just so to keep Turkey away from ALL the EU meetings. Cyprus having the EU Presidency full time. I'm sure that will please Turkey a great deal also.

No it involves getting the TCs on your side. The best idea on this forum to date to which I to contributed was the shadow government in the north made up of TCs only.

No it involves getting the TCs on your side. The best idea on this forum to date to which I to contributed was the shadow government in the north made up of TCs only.

But Turkey no longer recognizes “Turkish Cypriots” and that’s why she streamlined them into the collective “Turks of Cyprus”, so that renders your ideas obsolete.
