Strange - thought most visitors to the north came by Charlie-130 into Lefkoniko or by troopship into Fama-G. :?

Their only airline shut down ages ago and most of their former clients moved to Cyprus Airways!

When will Halil urge his journalist colleagues to go ask these people some serious questions for once instead of just propagating their baloney all the time?

Do you know which airlines fly to the Ercan?

I don't expect any other than one or two Turkish.

They all seem to be Turkish companies, and for some reason they all seem to be coming from/going to Turkey!

Give us a list of all these countries that fly to the north, other than Turkish flights from Turkey. So far, the only airlines I'm able to verify for flights going to Ercan are all Turkish flights such as Onur Air, Pegasus Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Anadolu Jet and Atlas Jet all combining 22 flights for arriving today. That's almost averaging 1 flight per hour.

It was reported in the north few days ago, that there were 350 flights from 14 countries which landed at Ercan in 2011. If my calculations are correct, that is about 1 flight a day, which means, only one flight once every 14 days from these 14 countries, which works out to on average 24 flights a year per country. If this information is true, and that is a big IF, along with the above Turkish flights on a daily basis, this hardly deserves an upgrade to Ercan!

Btw, I didn't see any non Turkish flights coming or leaving Ercan for today.
