Since when does Eroglu make announcements? All he can ever do is repeat second hand information from Ankara.

One of our friends at 44 has come up with an appropriate new name. Look at message 12 - http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/82729.asp

This name suggested in a comment to the Cyprus Mail would do them nicely - "Cyprus Unrecognised Northern Turkish State".

OK, let's make it a game. Name suggestions. I propose not to use the words "State" or "Government" cause they can only be used for legitimate and recognized state entities.
Here are some other suggestions:

Terrorist Regime of North Cyprus.
Turkic Regime of North Cyprus.
Isolated Regime of North Cyprus.
Turkish Administration of Enslaved North Cyprus.
Open Prison of North Cyprus.

Illegal Regime of the Occupied Areas

By putting 'North Cyprus' would imply it is a seperate place, it is not.

This would make more sense as they gain some 'respectability' by using the name of Cyprus in their illegal OCCUPATION!

Turkish Occupied Territory pretty much sums it up. (Maybe it needs to have a number at the end, to distinguish it from all the other territories they occupy.)
