Turkey: Air raids kill 35 civilians
The Associated Press - ‎10 minutes ago‎

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - Turkish warplanes aiming for suspected Kurdish rebels hiding in Iraq instead killed 35 civilians - most of whom are believed to be cigarette smugglers, a senior official said Thursday.

...whose country were they cheating of taxes?

if it's Turkey, you can expect this to be the rationalisation that dismisses the need for the Turkish Army to commit themselves to an investigation of their undisciplined actions; they punished criminals (and they were "Kurds") who deserve this treatment.

...the anger will be swift, so too the reaction, and thus, there will be more deaths.

No doubt the Turks will claim they were offering to light their fags. The Kurds, no doubt, will respond by lighting up the new gas pipelines that cross Turkey.

Report that the police here in London have been very rough in a confrontation earlier this evening with a Kurdish group protesting the killings ...
