Both Greek and Turkish troops should depart

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

halil
Halil, it is your side which objects to the above. We have no problem if the small number of Greek troops departs when the Turkish occupation ends.

And by the way, the British troops should depart as well.

I support this statement with further clarity I support all troops Greek, british and Turkish to leave Cyprus. And the only way this can be achieved with no fuss from the people is the right of return and further to this the RoC government to provide displaced TC's with refugee accommodation and or rebuild their homes in the free areas.

Deniz .... the troops are leaving because halil said so ;)

If you depart first, there's our solution! Then the Turkish troops will have no excuses to be here :)

So you support ethnic cleansing?

That is the solution! We don't need to negotiate, no land deals, no power sharing, Turkey just needs to get out of Cyprus!

Wrong, they were planning it from the 50's together with you and your TMT facists and in '74 we, as idiots, presented them with the excuse to invade.

It was many sunny mornings. Turket IS the Cyprus Problem, and as you love her so much you can piss off over to her. Wouldn't you say???

Look you people when will you get it into your pee brains that the TA will never depart until we have signed on the dotted line. So get your heads out of the sand and start to win over the TCs, show us how much better off we will be if we support and push for a united Cyprus and the departure of the TA.

How is VP departing a support of "ethnic cleansing"? He is Brit-born and only came to Cyprus once part of it, ipso facto, was ethnically cleansed of Greeks by the Turkish Army. He states he will only stay in this occupied gangland whilst he is guaranteed by the Turkish Army that his children will not have to mix with Greek-speakers. It is people like him (aka Nazis) who violate human rights using every pretext going. Unfortunately, people like you encourage them.

So what are the TC problems???? It's not 1974 anymore and mentalities have changed. Just stroll down the beachfront in Limassol and you will see cultures from all over the world. Trust me the TC's would be a lot better off under the legitimate Cyprus government than under the invading forces of Turkey.

,

The Greek Cypriots are no longer living under an apartheid, discriminatory regime (in the free areas).

If you dont try to bring back and enforce "political equality" then there will be no cause of friction and tension between the two communities.

anyway, I thought that this thread was going to develop into something constructive but it seems that it is going to spiral into a conundrum of cluster f*cking.
