Again you freely chose the term "EU CRITERIA" and "EU criteria" is that CY Nationals will be able to move freely and reside where they choose from Day One (leaving aside an initial transitional period).

Again on your "undesirables" and those who have "committed crimes in a state"... way outside EU Criteria which have no restrictions whatsoever on these.

... and it is still none of yours if wear dentures, frilly knickers and dresses.

VP.... yes, we would have a very nice convergence if you would confirm that the 5 years was an initial derogation at the start of the settlement process, so that after this transitional 5 year period there would be no further restrictions on CY Nationals moving and residing freely as of right.

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones, may 2012 enlighten you and all GCs to find it in yourselves to see that TCs do want a solution without placing themselves at the mercy of GCs in a GC state which reduces them to minority status.
