Menelaos Efstathiou tears into Australian Open QF Juniors!
This kid from Cyprus who had to QUALIFY to compete in the AO17 did the unthinkable and what only 2 other players have managed to do in CY history.

While Big Pete Chrysochos puts Tennis on the back burner to concentrate on studies in the US, we'll see what comes of this kid.

CYP Fed Cup Team. (The Fed cup is the the women's version of the Davies Cup. Basically countries vs countries, instead of the traditional one on one or doubles)

The very first time Cyprus participated was in 1995.
As expected we haven't done very well at all, up until now.
New blood, new mentality and hopefully better results.

Climbing up from the lower divisions.
We beat Kenya 3-0 and Iceland 3-0.... let's see where it goes.

CY smashes Ireland to make the Finals.

Take nothing away from the rest of the girls but Omirou is an absolute beast.
