The UN will not implement its own resolutions because Turkey is too important to NATO. With the Blessing of UK and US.

I am afraid this is where it is all at. However, just like they attacked Sadam some years ago when he invaded Kwait, they will do the same once that frigin gas comes out the ground.

The Turkish Occupation of the north had an affect on a lot of Cypriots, so if the TCs who were naturally from the northern part of Cyprus before the occupation took place in 1974, they have the choice to ask the EU/UN for the removal of the Turkish Occupation from Cyprus or move to the southern part of Cyprus voluntarily where their EU Rights will be protected, just as thousands of other Cypriots had to do involuntarily caused by the Turkish occupation. If any hardship is caused to the innocent TCs affected by the Turkish Occupation in the north, it is the responsibility of the Occupying force to see to their needs, therefore, you personally should complain to Turkey if you really care about these innocent TCs to have their needs met, assuming of course, that they don't also want Turkey's occupation in Cyprus to continue.

So your "great" advise to innocent TCs would be to move south into a GC state where they can vote or to ask Turkey to leave together with their financial support.

As you well know both are non starters but we will use the EU angle to move forward in the north seeing that GCs have brought them into the equation.

So what exactly is the EU is going to give to some TCs in the north who do not accept Turkey's occupation of them or they choosing not to move to the south, that Turkey right now not providing for them as the occupying power must provide and as well as the RoC. Give us a list of things you cannot do in the north under Turkey's occupation that the EU will come and give it to you while Turkey still continues with it's occupation.
