I would guess the vast majority of developments in Cyprus are funded -and the land acquired - through bank loans, I don't see your point.

cyprus needs "Title Insurance"......how can a modern economy function when more then one person can own a piece of property.....Lawyers should be held accountable to the point of jail time, they now are responsible for doing a title search and they full well knew that these properties were known to be owned by the bank when they finalized deals with home owners.....but the lawyers overlooked this so they could make their 200 euro fee....totally absurd!!!!!!!

Cyprus property problems is caused by lawyers.

Just to get their fee, and its alot more than 200E, they screwed over their clients. MFs.

Problem is, where in Cyprus can you find justices????

B25 ...."where in Cyprus can you find justice?" I agree with you 100 percent, im waiting for someone to go and take out one of these lawyers and cut them up in 100 pieces and then maybe someone will realize how serious this situation is in Cyprus....how can we expect to have justice from the Turk invasion when we ourselves the Greek cyps try to take each others eyes out.....
