Do they still grow tobacco in the Karpas?... believe it used to be widely grown up there.

They were still doing it near Yialousa a few years back. Seems to be on a smaller scale. I don't know if you can still get the TC Karaman/Karman cigs but I tried some in the 90s and they were s*** - just as the TC who gave me them said they would be!

That's because they mix the tobacco with donkey faeces. :lol:

Don't knock it. It makes the ganja go further as well.
