Who guarantees the federal structure of Switzerland? Of the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany?

We find them and get them to guarantee ours. And we stop the bullshit about any of the three present guarantors having any part in it. The three are only capable of causing trouble, they have not made any positive contribution to Cyprus because they see it as a game of power. In fact there should be a clause in the agreement expressly excluding them from having any role in the future of the place.
