But these days it’s not about our yearning for Enosis with Greece, but our struggle against Enosis with Turkey… which you are trying to shove down our throats with undemocratic political arrangements with Turkish mainlanders!

Erm... agree with Alan it should go up in every school, but for diff reasons.

Far from being a "beautiful" post, it's a unattractive post, one that feels that passion (and it's undeniably a passionate post) and the repetition of the word "hatred", the use of words like "mistrust" and "poisoned" make for reasoned replies.

It also has more than a suggestion of unpleasant general comment on a whole group of CYs in its use of words and phrases like "in your blood", your "genes", "collective consciousness".

So yeh, shove it Alan ... on the wall of every school in CY.

(Do you know it also adds to a little mental dossier am compiling that some people associated with Oz may not make the best diplomats... in very general terms)

Many foreign rulers passed from Cyprus who oppressed the Cypriot people, violated our human rights and imposed on us their rule without respecting the right of the Cypriot people to democratically decide the destiny of their own island.

Today we do not hate the Italians, the French or Persians for what they did to us in the past, and in fact the members of the Latin minority live among us in peace and mutual respect.

Racist criminals like BirKibrisli and AlanwithoneL are trying to argue that there is something wrong with GCs, even something wrong with our genes (couldn't get more racist than that), and refuse to accept that the hatred against them is a result of their own racist and criminal actions.

They refuse to accept this obvious fact because these criminals are looking for excuses to continue violating our human and democratic rights so they can have gains on our expense.

There is nothing wrong with most GCs. The hatred that they feel against those who insist to violate our human and democratic rights is perfectly justified. The racist and undemocratic views of people like BirKibrisli and AlanwithoneL can not and should not be tolerated.

This couldn't be further from the truth. Your leaders have agreed to 50000 settlers, the TC's I know would like to see each and everyone of them packing back home. So your theory of us the TC's wanting Enosis with Turkey is just fantasy.

What Birkibrisli says should be taken very seriously by the public as well as those at the negotiation table as it is fact, albeit a very sad one. Every policy you make, every effort your leaders make towards a lasting solution should read what Birkibrisli says and make their policies and decisions accordingly. It should be both communities BIBLE.

But everything to do with your racist mentality that seeks to establish an apartheid state on this island and to benefit at our expense.

Turkish Cypriots are not just deeply racist they seek to blame the objects of their racism, the GCs, in order to justify their demands for a racist state. No-one is fooled. THAT IS WHY IT IS THE PIRATE STATE AND THE TURKISH CYPRIOTS WHO ARE ISOLATED INTERNATIONALLY AND NOT THE GCS.

You need to get it into your heads that you are not the victims of racism but the perpetrators of racist crimes ON A DAILY BASIS. The "TRNC" is evidence of that. It is a racist statelet - pure and simple.

Thats what you'd like to believe Hermes. By your logic we're not the victims, then it would be fair to say we must be the aggressors. If that was the case don't you think the International community, especially the US and the EU would have told Turkey to get the hell out of Cyprus? The fact that nobody is coming to your aid should be a clear strong message to you and your community. I interpret their refusal to intervene as approval of the TC's and Turkeys stance in the Cyprus problem. How do you interpret it?
