Turkey Downgraded

The ratings agency Fitch has downgraded Turkey's credit rating, saying...

Turkey faces the challenge of reducing its large current account deficit and above-target inflation rate against the background of deterioration in the global economy,

The Lira is approaching its yearly lows again against both the euro and the US dollar. Nothing can stop this runaway train from making new 52 week lows but this might just be the catalyst to make it happen sooner, rather than later..
