This means he regrets all the hugging and kissing with Straw the night Turkey was named candidate to "Les Miserables"?

This dude was chief diplomat of Turkey for years! His diplomatic skills are mind numbing. He insults his economy's biggest benefactors on their home turf. What a numbskull!
