Then why is the whole of Cyprus in the European Union while the whole of Turkey isn't?
asian half country is christian. Does that ring any bells?
Plus being naturally in Europe does not necessarily mean being in EU: Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, Russia ..............
In the same token, do you see any
non European countries in the EU?

If you keep repeating that nonsense, you are going to sound just as foolish as Gül does. It's like calling a hole, half a hole. No such term exists.

What does it matter how Cyprus got in. You should be grateful that Cyprus is in the EU, because ALL the TCs are also EU citizens now with EU passports given to them from their country of the RoC. If you are a Turk, then I can see why you feel such sour grapes, because now the RoC can block Turkey's EU entry if they don't solve the Cyprus problem, and since most TCs are citizens of the RoC, they too are blocking Turkey's EU entry just by being EU citizens, whether you like it or not. Learn to accept realities and also learn not to use meaningless slogans told by bitter & sour Turkish politicians. They may be trying to impress their voters, but you are not impressing anyone.
