Lets just forget unimportant things such as the occupation of our country, the ethnic cleansing, the destruction of our cultural heritage and all the crimes that the Turks are committing against us as we speak, and lets fly the flag of the invader next to ours and let everybody know that there is no problem whatsoever. They might violate our most basic human rights and the sovereignty of our country, but "God forbid" if we make them feel any guilt about it. They should feel free and totally comfortable to continue to rape our island without even the tiniest of consequences.

In my university we had many Turks. I didn't make any judgments about any of them until I talked to them. When I did talk to them I asked them to tell me what their position on the Cyprus problem is. Those that had a position that was against our human and democratic rights and the sovereignty of our country could not obviously be my friends. Only somebody with a slave mentality can have as friends people who do not respect his basic human and democratic rights.

So this is what is all about Piratis.

For you, all the Turks are the same, rapists, thieves, criminals etc. This perhaps explains the fact that when we had a serious issue with TMT we took it out on the ordinary TCs, murdering, demoralising, denigrating and degrating them. Pushing the ordinary, decent TC into the warm embrace of TMT for protection from the killing fiends who had no moral barriers and on top got our warm applause for their patriotic acts of shame.

You have already pushed all these at the back of your mind Piratis. You want the world to believe that Turkey simply woke up one morning and said "lets invade Cyprus today" but the international community and many GCs are thinking critically now and have long stopped believing in the lies we have been served with since birth. So, your attitude, "us good guys, them bad guys" really does not convince any serious person in this world, except the light headed fascists that sporadically appear and reside in this forum.

Bananiot when you say "we" you actually blame the whole Greek cyp population for what happened some Tc villages, and if you say "we" then why do you have a problem with "they, them", meaning Turkey and the TMT. Go back to the time in your memory when things like what you were saying was happenning to Tc's, and what were you thinking? Were you thinking that what is happenning doesnt really matter or effect you or were you thinking that there were criminal elements amongst the Tc namely the Tmt but they had to be eradicated. im hoping for an honest answer.

Bring on the Turkish mouthpiece, make way for his honour to shit upon us again in defence of the indefencible.

And anyway, I thought you were an Atheist, why bring God into this!

Piratis is so right and he summed up the Cyprob very well, the only ones who cannot stomach the truth are the Turks and Banana.

Q. for Banana, did you join this Turkish society??? Oh, I forgot, you are a life long member already.

Absolutely NOT, I am sure that the world is fully aware of the 'Political Chicanery' that took place years before the invasion.

Such military manoeuvres as were perpetrated upon the people of Cyprus, MUST have taken years of preparation, common knowledge NOW surely.

Seeing the world in black and white is as bad as painting everything grey. If Turkey had its reasons for invading Cyprus, then surely the nazis had theirs too, right?

The turkish invasion is unjustifiable.
