Firstly I think you are underestimating the problems and expenses in trying to run a legal action and this forum is probably not the best place for consumer advise. You may well need to nattend the court personally to file the paper work, you have to arrange for proper legal service, for which you may well need to employ a recognised official.
As an observation proving fraud is very hard indeed.
Further if you are getting your money back then you are unlikely to have much of case against them, since the most a court is likely to award is the money you have lost .
Therefore if you are getting your money back what are you seeking to acheive? I ask this as in most countries that is all you will get back. There is no guarantee that even if you win you will get your legal costs back, as win or lose you still need to enforce any award.
I recommend as a first step you look at local consumer assistance websites both in Cyprus and the placwe where this online company is domiciled, also general legal sites about how the court system works.
even if you win, enforcement can be a game in itself.
We otherwise we need a lot more facts in particular how much money is involved and the country where the suppliere is based also what is the precise nature of the alleged fraud?
If they are based within the EU you might be able to sue them either in Cyprus or the place where the compnay is based, but if you sue in Cyprus expect the process to take years.
Personally I sugegst that if you get your money back that you drop it otherwise you could be throwing good money away in court fees, etc. It is however your money.
