hi guys im jerome an openly gay from Philippines , ill be there by this month and live their with y family . i just want to ask if people hate gay ? or they discriminate them (we) . need your reply !

Regretfully Jerome although laws in the Republic have fallen in to line with much of the rest of the Enlightened World, CY remains a pretty conservative place when it comes to these affairs and there is still a lot of very unjustified, hateful and homophobic bigotry around... as you may be about to find out here on CF...

Why come to CY mate? Instead you could try London, where half the population is gay. :mrgreen:

I saw that one politician - DISY Deputy Andreas Kyprianou still thought homosexuality was illegal: he is only about 13 years behind the times - Try and Ignore Kuru - he wants to turn the Clock back 800 years.

Dude, this is an older more conservative forum. Nearly everyone on here has issues, with a more traditional way of thinking, old school mentality that's hard to crack.
If anybody's harboring any homosexual tendencies on this forum I can't tell.
You won't get any flak from me dude as I'm indifferent to this whole gay thing.

my mom married a cypriot ,so i have no choice to live with them . im planning to study in london !
