Dude, this is an older more conservative forum. Nearly everyone on here has issues, with a more traditional way of thinking, old school mentality that's hard to crack.
If anybody's harboring any homosexual tendencies on this forum I can't tell.
You won't get any flak from me dude as I'm indifferent to this whole gay thing.

Regretfully Jerome although laws in the Republic have fallen in to line with much of the rest of the Enlightened World, CY remains a pretty conservative place when it comes to these affairs and there is still a lot of very unjustified, hateful and homophobic bigotry around... as you may be about to find out here on CF...

Cyprus is not a very progressive country so you need to be careful. You are gay and also you are from the Philippines, a country which in Cyprus is associated with housemaids and cheap labor. My advice is to not be too obvious about being gay until you learn the environment here.

There is an article in Cypuus Mail about an MP of DYSI who compared homosexuality with illegal trapping of birds He did not know that it was decriminilised in Cyprus and the Journalist was shocked.
