There is a para here in the Cyprus Weekly from an un-named "greek cypriot source" casting a lot of doubt on the claims that agreements have been reached in the three chapters reported in the press in the Occupied Areas above...

..." The talks continued on Monday on governance, property, territory and citizenship. Commenting on Turkish Cypriot press reports that an agreement had been achieved on the economy, the EU and internal security, a Greek Cypriot source said that no talks were held on those three chapters, since the talks were focusing on the other four issues..."

UN's Ban to call new Cyprus meeting in January

The United Nations will call a new summit between leaders of ethnically split Cyprus in January to prod flagging peace talks after a two-day meeting failed to score a substantial breakthrough, a source close to talks said on Monday.
