What is their ethnicity?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

What is the ethnicity of those Cypriots who do not belong to the main Cypriot ethnic groups?

We are Greek in every aspect. Religion, culture and everything else... not just language ;)

There's no such thing as "Greek religion" unless you're referring to "Greek Orthodoxy" which is yet another label.

But anyway, you are entitled to be "Greek" or "Turkish" but can only speak for your self.

However, given that you're living in Cyprus you might want to look into the Cypriot culture, at least so your children may find peace...

Greek Orthodoxy is not just a label ... it has differences from other forms of Christianity but it is the same for all Greeks. And how is ethnicity relating to peace in this case?

It belongs to the "Eastern Orthodoxy" church but so what? :?

I have proven many times that Christianity was spread to Europe from Cyprus and Cypriots!

It is not just "Eastern Orthodoxy" but "Greek Orthodox" as well. How Christianity was spread is irrelevant ;)

Ok, well thanks for the free tour of the mind of a product of a Greek gymnasium and Athens Junta university factories.

Since, according to you, most inhabitants of Cyprus are products of a "Greek gymnasium"; doesn't that tell you something of their ethnic background?

- Or, has that 'useless country of incompetent Slavs' managed sooo effectively to infiltrate the psyche of a whole nation of people?

Some contradictions in your thinking...

It tells me who was pulling the strings in Cyprus from around the 1920s and until 1974!

Hmm…

By the same token, you’ll find plenty of Iraqis graduating from American universities these days, so do you suppose they are now ethnically American? :?

At the time, a very convincing one...

“I save you from the barbaric Turks, and you get to inherit the glorious Greek history!”

In hindsight it was as gaseous a reward as a Med hydrocarbon…

So you're going with your mass hypnotism theory? :?

In order to convince me of your argument you will have to choose one: either, they are not some 'useless country of incompetent Slavs', or we are all really one and the same - Greeks!

It’s not for us or any other person today, to determine the ethnicity of a given country for it is AUTOMATICALLY BESTOWED by the ancient people of every country.

Politicians can try to fool the uneducated masses and achieve a relative success for a period of time, but it is nothing that time itself cannot mend.

Sooner or later we are obliged to come back down to earth, face reality, and confront our ancient forefathers.

It’s high time the prodigal Cypriot son came home…
