Commercial loan in Cyprus

Postby Barron123 » Sun Oct 23, 2011 2:43 am

I own a commercial property in Cyprus, with a partner, my share is one third, I need to know what terms i could get with a commercial loan, the property is worth approximately 800.000 euros.? ie...interest rates, monthly payments and duration of loan. Also the property has monthly income of 3500 euros per month.

Not sure you could get a loan at all on it unless the co-owner agrees. Plus rumor has it that the banks are starting to tighten up. I got a loan about a year ago for around 4.5% from the co-op. That's the only bank I would recommend. All the others will rip you off with unknown b.s. charges and high interest rates. In the past you could only get about 20% of the value of the property. I doubt that's the case anymore though.
