Turkish Cypriot daily Afrika (25.10.11) reports that the so-called police, after a search it conducted in the cars which belonged to the nationalist group of the "Grey Wolves" who were to organize yesterday a protest at the illegal Near East University (YDU), seized various instruments such as swords, bats, axes, spear guns, satire and stones.
According to the paper, due to the security measures taken by the so-called police, the scheduled protest, which was to take place at the illegal YDU, has been postponed and thus the protesters marched to the "embassy" of Turkey in the occupied area of Cyprus, and gathered in front of the so-called assembly of the regime.
Turkish Cypriot daily Afrika (25.10.11) reports that the Cyprus Socialist Party (KSP) in a written statement yesterday condemned the decision of the regime to deport the Kurdish students who clashed with a group of "Grey Wolves" during the incidents which took place at illegal Near East University recently.
In a written statement, KSP underlines that the deportation of the Kurdish students was illegal since the guilt of the people was not even proved and stressed that this showed once more that the people in the occupied part of Cyprus live in a militarist oppressive regime where the rule of law" does not exist.
