1. It was thanks to him (also) that the Annan Plan was rejected by the turkish delegation to the EU summit in 2002 and CY was saved from it then.
2. It is thanks to him that the whole world is turning against Turkey and in favour of Cyprus these last few months.
If he keeps carrying on like this for a while more I will not be surprised to hear the US asking him to move the US made weapons of his troops out of CY asp.

Kimon is right. It's Erdogan who is responsible for Turkey's new "ten steps behind" policy on Cyprus. We owe him some credit.

I don’t know why Europe puts up with this clown and joke of a nation, wasting everybody’s time but I suspect the US has everything to do with it. The Turks have no idea how many times the US has saved them from calamity including Erdogan’s recent stupid idea to invade Syria some of you may have missed.

It logically follows that the US’ demise will be closely followed by that of Turkey... inshallah!
